About

Dustin Bowman is one of the managing partners at ABW. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Bowman worked at the prestigious Lee, Tsai & Partners, managed the practice of Steven Zalewski & Associates, and opened his own practice in 2008. Armed with nearly 20 years of experience as a skilled litigator, Mr. Bowman has made headlines in the New York Times, The New York Post, and the New York Daily News for the transcendent representation of his clients. He is a skilled attorney both in the courtroom and outside, always working to assist his clients and strive for total excellence. Mr. Bowman personally handles each case with professionalism and efficiency and has built a strong reputation as a skilled advocate for New Yorkers, no matter the case.

Mr. Bowman attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts. He went on to Hamline University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor, and was subsequently barred in Minnesota and New York. Mr. Bowman assists clients in all aspects of real property litigation, including landlord & tenant matters, foreclosure defense, partitions, encroachment, and quiet title actions. Mr. Bowman also has over a decade of experience fighting for his clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law. Additionally, Mr. Bowman speaks conversational Mandarin.
